These Terms and Conditions outline the rights, responsibilities, and obligations of clients
engaging with WanderWaves Abroad Services, herein referred to as “the Company.” By availing our
services, clients agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms:
1. Nature of Services
WanderWaves Abroad Services offers the following professional consultation and facilitation
services:
- CV and profile building
- Visit visa processing
- Air ticketing assistance
- Student visa consultation
- B2B job placement services
2. Registration and Payment
- An initial registration fee of ₹30,000 is mandatory to commence any
service.
- This amount is non-refundable in case of submission of false, invalid, or
misleading information or documents.
- Payment must be made through the officially accepted channels only.
3. Document Submission and Responsibility
- Clients are expected to submit all required documents truthfully and
promptly.
- In case of submission of fraudulent or forged documents, the company will
not be responsible for any consequences and no refund will be processed.
- Any misrepresentation or inaccuracy in the information provided by the
client that results in a visa or job rejection will not be the responsibility of the
company.
4. Contract Tenure
- The standard contract tenure is six (6) months.
- If the work permit is not sanctioned within this period, a partial refund
of ₹16,000 will be issued. The remaining ₹14,000 is
non-refundable due to administrative and processing costs.
- Clients must accept the terms of employment offered, including minor salary
variations and the length of the contract (which may vary between one to two years,
especially in warehouse jobs).
5. Visa and Interview Process
- Clients may be required to attend interviews and appointments at VFS or relevant consulates.
Failure to attend on the scheduled date and time may result in rejection of
the visa or job offer, for which the company cannot be held responsible.
- The client must cooperate fully throughout the visa process. Missed deadlines, interviews,
or failure to submit required documents will invalidate any claim for
refund.
6. Post-Visa Payment Obligation
- Once the visa is granted, the full payment amount as agreed in the service
contract must be paid by the client.
- Failure to make the final payment will result in legal action and
termination of the service agreement.
7. Cancellation and Refund Policy
- If the client chooses to withdraw from the process at any stage, regardless
of the reason (including personal, health-related, or other issues), the registration and
any other paid fees are non-refundable.
- The company invests considerable time, effort, and resources, and therefore refunds will
only be processed as per the terms outlined.
8. Behavior and Ethics
- Any unethical behavior, misuse of services, disruption of operations, or
misconduct (including offensive or aggressive communication) will result in
termination of services without any refund.
9. Job Placement Guarantee
- While we strive to offer the best opportunities and provide strong support in securing jobs
abroad, 100% job placement is not guaranteed.
- We offer a 90% success rate; however, external factors such as immigration
law changes or unforeseen country-specific circumstances may impact outcomes.
10. Legal Responsibility
- Clients are fully responsible for the authenticity of the documents and
information they submit.
- WanderWaves Abroad Services will not be held accountable for any repercussions arising from
false certifications or invalid submissions.
By proceeding with our services, the client acknowledges and agrees to these terms. WanderWaves
Abroad Services reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time,
with or without prior notice.
